I have 20 years of experience in the humanitarian sector, specifically in strategic communications. I worked with the President and the executive team overseeing one of the largest Christian humanitarian organizations in the world that works in 100 countries and has 33,000 staff.

But it’s not just who you work with - it’s also what you do. I bring a holistic vision of leadership communications that includes strategic planning, implementation, metrics analysis, and reporting. I see the critical need for leaders to be both visible and credible with their staff and with the public.

It’s also not just what you do - but also what you’ve done. I have a track record of success in building leadership profiles, strengthening culture, managing change, leading through crises, raising leader visibility at high-profile events such as the UNGA, UN Water Conference, and World Bank Annual Meetings, and so much more.

I am passionate about positioning executives, particularly those serving in the humanitarian and nonprofit sectors, for greater influence and authority. I bring expertise, wisdom, and a unique perspective to working with leaders who are doing good in the world.

As much as I love what I do professionally, I consider my greatest role to be of service to my family. I live with my husband and three boys in the Pacific Northwest in the U.S., where we can often be found hiking, exploring rivers and creeks, and walking in the rain.
