For over 20 years, I worked in strategic communications at one of the world’s largest Christian humanitarian organizations. My work included helping C-suite executives to strengthen their leadership profiles and grow influence across complex global environments.

Over time, I saw a consistent pattern: many highly capable leaders were doing meaningful work, but their impact was constrained by how clearly they were seen and trusted.

I also realized I had been helping others build visibility and influence while remaining largely behind the scenes myself. That insight led me to apply the same principles I used with executives—personal positioning, authentic storytelling, and thought leadership—to my own voice and work.

Today, I work with other founders, leaders, and professionals who are ready to move from being hidden to heard. My focus is helping them build authority through greater visibility, trust, and credibility—so their work can reach the level of impact it deserves.

This is the foundation of The Authority Rise, which guides leaders from being known to trusted to credible, and ultimately chosen.

I’ve also written three books on leading with heart, strength, and faith, because lasting authority is built on character and conviction. Trust and influence naturally follow when leaders grow from the inside out.

I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and three boys, where we enjoy adventures in the outdoors and the everyday rhythms that keep leadership grounded in humanity.
