This is a self-paced, self-guided program and it does not include any engagement with the instructor. The lessons are done completely on your own and will not be submitted to the instructor. If you need additional support, such as coaching, please contact the instructor.

Each lesson may take about 10 minutes to complete. It includes a 2-3 minute video to start with, followed by a few paragraphs of text. Some lessons have an activity to complete, which may take 5-10 minutes or longer as the program progresses and they become more advanced.

Yes, this program can be done by a team if each individual enrolls in it and commits to going through it together. Although, the program will operate on an individual basis, a team can discuss the content and hold each other accountable for making progress. This is a professional development tool and resource.
